Company Nurse - (Male Only)

Exp - 1 to 2 years

Salary 2500 - 4000 SAR

Main Role & Responsibilities:

- The position is responsible for performing occupational health care activities including health and wellness

training and education, employee health services, and compliance.
- Responsible for the development and administration of efficient and professional operations of occupational

health services in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to

achieve the desired goals and objectives.
- Assists with all aspects of health services staffing, competency, processes, customer service, and quality

improvement.

Additional responsibilities:

- Utilizing technical knowledge and training, treats, evaluates, assesses employees’ illness or injury and determines

medical direction to ensure quality medical care.
- Reviews daily logs, employee records and endorsement.
- Provides emergency treatment to employees.
- Maintain employee medical files.
- Maintain clinic forms and should update on a timely basis.
- Provides services to control and dispense non-prescription medications.
- Develops, formulates, and implements plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.
- Utilizing technical knowledge and training determines what employees can do under restrictive duty policies,

when they can return to work, and they need to be referred to an outside medical provider.
- Provides support to a variety of Health and Safety audit, inspection and risk assessment processes.
- Using basic understanding of Health and Safety practices and standards.
- Responsible for their own competency in the use of medical devices.
- Responsible for following procedures laid down and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to

work safely with any equipment/devices used in the clinic.
- Responsible for the disposal of infectious waste to Waste Disposal Contractor to be scheduled as needed and to

be reported to HSSEQ Department for proper communication.
- Responsible in Inventory of medical/paramedical items including devices, cylinders and medicines. Any near to

date or expired medicines shall be discarded and reported to HSSEQ personnel in charge.

Qualification and education Requirement:

- Active and registered nurse or with licensed Prometric exam for Ministry of Health.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and

procedure manuals.
- Must be computer literate for Intermediate computer skills are essential in use of an electronic medical record.
- Must be detail oriented, have ability to multitask and possess great interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both oral and written English language.
- With latest training on Basic life support or First Aid Training and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- At least 1-2 years’ staffing experience in hospital or any related field.

Inter-personal skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- A company male nurse must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent observational skills,

and advanced knowledge in public safety and industrial health standards.
- Must be patient, supportive, compassionate and be able to maintain composure and work effectively within

groups.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Versatile team player.
- Flexibility on working hours and able to work on a shift basis.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft office and SAP maintenance module.

Pay: Up to ₹88,869.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
