We are pleased to announce that we are hiring for a leading Ed-Tech company in Thane.

Location: Thane West

Designation: Operation Theater Technician Faculty

Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Operation Theater Technology or related

field.

Relevant certifications and training in Operation Theater management or surgical

technology (e.g., OT Technician Certification, Healthcare Management).

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching & Training:

- Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations on the technical aspects of operation

theater management, including sterilization, equipment handling, patient care, and maintaining aseptic techniques.
- Prepare and update curriculum materials to align with industry standards and healthcare best practices.
- Conduct hands-on training and supervise students in mock and real-world operation theater environments.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Clinical Instruction:

- Supervise students during clinical rotations in the operation theater, guiding them through the different stages of surgical procedures.
- Ensure students understand the use and maintenance of surgical instruments, anesthesia equipment, and other necessary tools.
- Instill proper hygiene and safety practices within the operation theater environment.
- Developing & Assessing Student Performance:

- Prepare and administer written and practical exams to assess students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to students requiring extra help.
- Evaluate and grade students on their clinical competency, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Professional Development & Research:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in operation theater technology, surgical procedures, and educational methodologies.
- Engage in research activities related to operation theater technology and share findings through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Attend training and professional development workshops to maintain high teaching standards.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Coordinate with other faculty members and departments to ensure smooth functioning of the academic program.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:

- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure students receive a well-rounded education.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for students to thrive in.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹25,173.27 - ₹60,582.60 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
