**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Biology** to join our academic team. The role involves teaching NEET/JEE Foundation Biology classes to high school students and supporting their academic growth through interactive and concept-driven learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Biology for NEET/JEE Foundation classes (Class 9-12).
- Conduct engaging and concept-based classes aligned with the latest NEET syllabus.
- Travel to partner schools in and around Madurai to deliver in-person sessions.
- Prepare and evaluate practice tests, assignments, and model question papers.
- Guide students in developing strong fundamentals and exam-taking strategies.
- Provide academic counseling and progress updates to coordinators or school authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Biology/Zoology/Botany or equivalent.
- B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching NEET/JEE Biology (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as per class schedules.
