Payroll Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and ensure compliance with income tax regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance requirements related to payroll, PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and labor laws.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation for statutory audits and regulatory filings.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxation, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Manage the Corporate Office Administration ,Front Office Management, Facility Management Activities effectively with the support of respective team.
- Responsible for Grievance Management of Corporate ,unit and Other Managerial Cater Employees in Each location to solve it on priority basis.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement activities at Corporate office employees to fulfill the organization needs on time.
**Qualifications**:
- MBA (HR) or MSW (HR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Proficient in TDS, income tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to handle corporate office employees /unit Employees to provide the required support.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
