Microstrategy Administrator

BE/MCA with good academic track record (>60% in 10/12/G/PG) - 5-6 years of strong experience in MicroStrategy development, including tuning reports for performance - Demonstrated experience with MicroStrategy development tools, including Developer, Web, Object Manager, Enterprise Manager, Command Manager, Integrity Manager - Basic understanding of data modeling and design - Experience in agile development teams such as scrum and Kanban, as well as DevOps development environment - Strong analytical, de-bugging and problem-solving skills, and attention to details. Ability to quickly analyze granular details, summarize top-level trends, identify key drivers of trends and adeptly present findings. - Strong knowledge in Databases, DWH and SQL. - Must have good hands-on experience in MSTR environment. - Exp in Snowflake is a plus - Administer (Installation and Upgrade) and support (Monitor and maintain) MicroStrategy servers (Intelligence Server, Web) - Hands on experience in creating and maintaining user, user group, security filters, devices, transmitters, subscriptions etc. - Hands on experience with MicroStrategy 2019 and onwards platforms including Developer, Administrator, Object Manager, Command Manager, System Manager - Monitor subscriptions and assist in fixing issues causing its failure. - Continually monitor and tune the performance of the platform - Monitor and manage scheduled jobs. - Troubleshoot issues identified by business and IT stakeholders - Monitor and manage existing Business Intelligence development/production systems - Establish performance metrics for faster, accurate, and reliable services across the environment - Assure all system setups, configurations, and best practices are documented using standardized documentation - Need to have advanced knowledge of SQL to analyze the Report performance and EM reporting - Act as MicroStrategy expert to advise team on best practices in deploying MicroStrategy for best performance and scalability - Work on validation of all MSI report - Create and maintain MSI reports - Provide any bug fix to SMI report - Configure all the connectivity to data sources and maintain the same.
