**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using **Java and Spring Boot**.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate **React.js and Redux** components.
- Participate in **code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **full-stack technical issues**.
- Work closely with **QA, DevOps, and Product Management** teams.
- Contribute to **technical documentation and knowledge sharing** within the team.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **5+ years** of proven experience as a Java Developer (Full Stack).
- Strong expertise in **Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices**.
- Proficiency in **React.js and Redux** for frontend development.
- Solid understanding of **CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies**.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
