**Research & Business Development -**
1. Understand 360TF business model & products.
2. Collating information & contact details from various directories, websites, social media,
etc. for potential business.
3. Using the contact details for generating leads for potential business
4. Calling potential clients & explaining about the Company & Products.
5. Gathering relevant information about potential client’s business - turnover, import,
export
6. Convincing client for the product demo.
7. Co-ordinating with the Team for arranging Product demo

**Product Demos -**
1. Making technical arrangement & ensuring client’s technical readiness for the demo.
2. Presenting Product in a structured manner & resolving doubts
3. Resolving client’s doubts & queries
4. Ensuring client’s understanding of the Company & Product with customized examples
5. Convincing client for onboarding

**On-boarding Clients & transaction upload -**
1. Understanding our Platform thoroughly.
2. Ensuring client’s readiness with compatible documents for on-boarding
3. Guiding client during every stage
4. Ensuring KYC completion
5. Offering the pricing suitable to client’s business & offer discount if required & pre
- approved.
6. Training client’s staff about uploading the transactions & about the utilities of the
platform

**VAS - Hand-holding client during transactions**
1. Understanding the process flow of transaction.
2. Keeping track of progress of transaction.
3. Keeping client & Management informed on the status of transaction.
4. Maintaining cordial relationship with the clients.
5. Maintaining MIS of the transaction & timely reporting to Management.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
It's an on-site Job, Intern has to come to office from Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
