Details
Hardware & Network
a. Understand different parameters used for monitoring and notify to the next level as appropriate
b. Create incidents upon alert validation in the monitoring tool
c. Perform SOP based changes e.g. Move Add Change Delete (MACD).
Switching
a. Backup and restore during device replacement and OS validation.
b. Troubleshoot connectivity Issues, verify and validate Link errors, CRC Errors.
c. Monitor Switch Availability or any other errors and perform Triage with respective teams to resolve the issue
d. Carry out Standard Changes related to Desktop Ports and Telephony Ports
Routing
a. Monitor Routers and Links for Hardware and Performance issues., Triage for Link issues with Appropriate vendors.
b. Perform Health checks
WLAN
a. Monitor WAP, and Triage issues with respective teams.
b. Troubleshoot Connectivity issue from end user perspective.
c. Perform IOS Upgrade
Network Management Tools
a. Create new users / agents / agent group / queues / & fetch reports.
b. install management supervisor tool on end user devices
