- Cloud & Domain aware
- Kafka aware
- Application Service design - OSS integration, availability mgt, app and infra event/incident mgt, patch mgt
- Performance & scaling
- Log management and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Cluster update & upgrade management
- Networking concepts (load balancers, firewalls, VPCs).
- High availability and disaster recovery planning Key Areas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting. Understanding of Kubernetes architecture and experience working with Elastic cluster solutions in Kubernetes environments Good-to-Have
- Data Engineering skill set to design and develop pipelines to ingest data into Elastic
- CICD tool knowledge/Jenkins is a plus. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1
- Providing support for BAU activities for 24*7
- Adhering to the ITIL Process
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate with customers across geographies
- Performing day to day activities requested by end users via RITM, CR (DB access, DB objects level changes, Issues faced).Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly Maintenance tasks.
