**Qualification: -** Bachelors (Software Related/IT product Knowledge)

**Salary**:

- 20k-40k

**Experience**:

- 0-2 Years of related field

**Location: -** Patna, Bihar
- **Responsibilities & Duties**:_
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
- Convert leads in a positive manner
- Develop strong and health relationships with clients
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- General understanding of the principles of sales and IT product
- Good communication skills
- Bachelors in marketing or sales/IT is preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
