*Responsibilities:*
1. Source and procure goods, materials, and services required by the organization, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
2. Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate terms and contracts to achieve favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
3. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements, and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs.
5. Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier diversification.
6. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of purchased items, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
7. Manage vendor relationships, address any concerns or disputes, and work towards building long-term partnerships based on mutual trust and respect.
8. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in procurement, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
