**Job Overview**:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic **Speech & Drama Instructors** to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for conducting interactive and engaging drama-based sessions that help children enhance their communication skills, confidence, and creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fun and engaging speech and drama classes using the **HOGI curriculum**.
- Encourage students to express themselves confidently through creative activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively and ensure active participation.
- Communicate with parents and school coordinators as needed.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- A strong passion for teaching and working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in drama, performing arts, education, psychology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in teaching, acting, or public speaking is a plus.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Energetic, creative, and patient personality.
