- Salesforce based solutions for omni-channel customer engagement leveraging AI to enhance contact strategy

and routing, guide agents on next best action (NBA) enable dynamic scripting, capture voice of customer (VOC)
- Developing standardized AI/ML models to optimize customer engagement and agent performance using

various Python frameworks and AWS services. (Transcribe, Comprehend, Sagemaker, etc.)
- Developing a comprehensive Data, Analytics and Reporting platform to integrate, measure and analyze

millions of daily customer interactions/metrics across all our clients.
- Building web/mobile apps to improve agent/manager performance across thousands of agents (metrics,

gamification, collaboration).
- Deploying cutting-edge, tech-enablement services using the AWS ecosystem, including microservices and

serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, event notification & search services, multi-tenant architecture ec.,

**Responsibilities**:
About The Team

Our analytics team helps our clients leverage data to optimize their performance and results. Our Data Analysts possess

a unique skill of understanding the data, making a clear sense of it, and telling a story to the business. We work closely

with the Analytics Leaders and the rest of the Analytics product team to analyze and understand customer needs,

explore granular data to identify key drivers that influence each KPI, measure the level of expression of attributes that

move the KPI, and execute in a way that brings the best solutions to life. Most importantly our team exhibits our core

values: Integrity, Excellence, Accountability and Grace.

About The Role
- Work closely with different teams to define and develop standard BI and Analytics solutions
- Ability to understand business process and understand use cases, objectives, and business KPIs
- Strong data exploration skills and out of the box thinking to improve solutions
- Discover key drivers and agent behaviors that influence top business metrics
- Determine and present the data to all business stakeholders for maximum impact

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- 1.5 - 3 years relevant experience with Data Analytics, BI, Reporting or Dataset Preparation
- Must have worked with RDS or data lakes (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
- Proficient with concepts of SQL and advanced functions along with coding stored procedures
- Experienced with any of the BI tools like Tableau / Power BI / Superset /Periscope(Sisense)
- Hands-on with languages like Spark or Python, Bash/Shell Scripting or javascript or VBscript
- Knowledgeable in Data Warehouse and data-modeling concepts applied in BI implementations
- Very good communication, inter-personal and presentation skills with a team-player attitude

Skills that will give you an edge (Good to Have)
- Strong Math/Statistics background with ability to perform statistical analysis on data.
- Deep experience with structured data & RDBMS modeling/Performance optimization
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
