**Role Summary**

As an Architect, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be serving as an executive level strategic advisor who focuses on business transformation with domain expertise in functional, technical, platform and integration architecture. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients and be an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.

**Job Requirement**
- 10+ years of experience in a Salesforce platform.
- At least 4 years of end-to-end salesforce transformation project with 2+ years as Salesforce architect/Technical lead.
- Experience (End to end - Lead to Cash process understanding)
- Expertise on different salesforce clouds, platform customization and integration
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
- Pro-active personality with can do attitude
- Should possess good communication skills
- Salesforce certifications
- Salesforce Developer II
- Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce System Architect

**Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Responsibilities**
- Owning and driving thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities
- Should be able to Leverage business and domain knowledge to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans of the enterprise
- Should provide technical roadmap to senior leaders to assist the decisions on proposed IT initiatives
- Should be able to manage multiple projects and teams
- Should be able to build trust and influence relationships at all levels by engaging with vendors and third parties as appropriate
- Assess the viability and feasibility of 3rd party solutions to meet business goals
- Collaborate with other Architects and Developers to provide design guidance to align with strategy and applicable standards
- Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs
- Advising and influencing leaders on latest market trends that could potentially affect the success of a function or business area
- Promote a culture of innovation by continuously seeking opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team and the IT organization as a whole
- Keeping abreast of enterprise architecture practices and trends.
