**Job Description**:
As a Senior Graphic Designer cum Video Editor at Inspite Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning graphics and videos that effectively communicate our clients' messages and enhance their brand presence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop innovative graphic design and video editing solutions that align with clients' objectives and brand identities.
- Create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to logos, banners, social media graphics, and promotional videos, using industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
- Take ownership of video editing projects, from initial storyboard development to final production, ensuring seamless transitions, engaging visual effects, and cohesive storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into our projects to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide creative direction, and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, film production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content for diverse platforms and mediums, including digital and print.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working in an agency or corporate environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
