**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Development**:

- Design and conduct experiments to develop new chemical processes and improve existing processes.
- Scale up laboratory procedures to pilot and production levels, ensuring scalability and reproducibility.
- **Optimization**:

- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement modifications to enhance efficiency, yield, and safety.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to assess process performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Provide technical support and expertise to production teams.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare detailed documentation for processes, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Investigate and resolve issues that arise during production, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- **Research and Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in chemical processes and technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend the use of new tools and technologies to enhance process performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- years of experience in chemical process development or a related area.
- Strong understanding of chemical reactions, kinetics, thermodynamics, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and others relevant to process chemistry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
