As a Telesales Executive at Goadems, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to prospective clients from our provided database.

Introducing our products/services and explaining their features and benefits to potential customers.

Understanding the needs of customers and recommending the appropriate solutions.

Answering incoming calls from existing and potential customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Following up on leads generated through various channels.

Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for sales and customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets is desirable.
