**Key Responsibilities**
- Detailed & regular reporting to Head Office.
- Study Technical Contracts to understand the Project requirements and to raise query in case of any observation.
- Understanding the Process involved in the lines (CAL / CGL)
- Collection of all documents required for site execution.
- Review of the documents and defining strategy to meet the requirements of Line stabilization and Performance Guarantee parameters within the budgeted timeline.
- Guiding Erection and commissioning team with necessary tools/ideas aligning with the process requirements.
- Benchmarking the existing process facilities of John Cockerill with the similar kind of equipment’s at other suppliers and defining strategy for further improvement.
- Visit to various sites during erection and commissioning Phase as well to ensure things are going well.
- Give site feedback for improvement in totality.
- Completion of PAT and FAT
- Site closure as per the contractual obligation

**Education & Experience**
- Engineering background with bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Production/ Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience of more than 15 years in Cold Rolling Industry with expertise in Process control & improvement in CAL/CGL.
- Understanding of Cold Rolling Industry’s Equipment, Equipment Assembly and functionality particularly in Flat Products like 6 Hi Cold ROLLING Mill, CGL /CCL /CAL /PPL /ECL in terms of Quality requirements of the product.

**Background, Skills and Competencies**
- Knowledge of Mechanical Equipment Installation/commissioning/ process controls for getting the desired results.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer rapport.
- Good knowledge on technical drawings
- Exposure of various tools for Problem resolution
