**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver English lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school academic plan.
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, and activities to develop language skills (LSRW - Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Use innovative, student-centered teaching techniques to make learning engaging and effective.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments; maintain records of student progress.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Encourage reading habits and critical thinking through story-telling, reading programs, and library sessions.
- Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects and events.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student performance effectively.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster good behavior and manners.
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and attend teacher training programs.

**Requirements**:

- B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (primary level).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and basic computer skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to phonics, storytelling, and activity-based learning.
- Experience with integrating technology into classroom instruction.
- Ability to connect with young learners and inspire a love for English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,933.66 - ₹34,728.71 per month
