With a focus on transparency and client satisfaction, we provide expert guidance for study visas, work permits, and permanent residency in countries like Russia, Dubai, Australia and many more.

We are looking for a motivated and friendly **Telecaller** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for answering inquiries, explaining our services, and booking consultations with our immigration experts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients
- Explain immigration services and basic eligibility criteria
- Follow up with interested clients via calls or WhatsApp
- Maintain client database and update call status
- Schedule appointments for walk-ins and online consultations
- Provide basic information about visa processes (training provided)

**Requirements**:

- 12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and polite phone manner
- Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling is an advantage
