**Job Description**:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing medication counseling to patients, including information about dosage, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy and optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitoring drug therapy regimens for effectiveness and safety, and making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
- Compounding medications as needed and ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication histories and allergy information.
- Participating in quality assurance activities, including medication error reporting and medication reconciliation.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keeping abreast of developments in pharmacy practice and participating in continuing education activities to maintain licensure and enhance skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
