**Responsibilities**:

- **Electronics Assembly**: Assemble electronic components and systems according to engineering specifications, using hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly fixtures.
- **Testing**: Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations on assembled electronic products and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and systems as needed, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Troubleshooting**: Investigate and troubleshoot complex electronic systems and components, utilizing technical documentation, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of assembly, testing, repair, and maintenance activities, including equipment specifications, test results, and troubleshooting procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize product design for manufacturability and reliability, providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting improvements as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when handling electronic components and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting, and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic testing instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to electronics assembly and testing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Electronics or related field.
- Experience with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and rework.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with automated testing equipment and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
