CEO- Manufacturing

**Role**:
The CEO will provide overall leadership and direction to the company, ensuring the achievement of its strategic objectives. This role involves setting the vision, defining the strategic direction, and managing the company’s resources to achieve sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Lead the executive team and manage overall operations.
- Ensure financial health and stability of the company.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and ethical business practices.
- Represent the company to stakeholders, including customers, investors, and the public.
- Oversee business development, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Make high-level decisions regarding policy and strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Reporting Protocols**:

- Reports to the Board of Directors.
- Directly supervises the executive team (CBDO, COO, CFO, etc.).

**Authorities**:

- Authority to make strategic and high-level operational decisions.
- Authority to approve budgets and expenditures.
- Authority to hire and manage executive staff.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
