**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, especially in mathematical content.
- Prepare and format documents, exams, and other study materials using software like MS Office, LaTeX, and/or MathType.
- Ensure the proper management and organization of files and databases.
- Collaborate with faculty members to input and edit mathematical content for coaching materials.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
- Assist in maintaining the security and confidentiality of data and content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed with a focus on accuracy, particularly in mathematical typing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with mathematical typing tools (such as LaTeX or MathType) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
