We are hiring a ticketing Executive who are passionate about travel and customer service
Whether you are a **fresher** eager to learn or an **experienced** ticketing professional we would love to have you on board
As a Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and providing excellent customer service to event-goers or travellers. Your main tasks will include ticket sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.
**Knowledge in : Galelio and Amadeus**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Ticket Sales**: Sell tickets through various channels, such as in-person, over the phone, or online.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor ticket inventory levels, order new tickets as needed, and track numbering.
- **Ticketing System**: Operate ticketing software Amadeus (GDS) for transactions and reports.
- **Reservations**: Help customers make hotels reservations & choose specific dates and times if applicable
- **Ticket Distribution**: Ensure customers receive their tickets promptly, whether physical or electronic.
- **Customer Service**: Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries, address concerns, and provide event information.
**Requirements**:
- Goodcommunication and computer skills
- Knowledge of GDS (amadeus ,galileo)is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
