**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver robotics training sessions (theory + practical) for students from 5th to 10th grade.
- Teach fundamentals of robotics, electronics, sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- Provide instruction on programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++, Scratch).
- Conduct workshops, competitions, and project-based learning sessions.
- Guide students in building and troubleshooting robotic systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, and automation and integrate them into training content.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and project guides.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain lab equipment, tools, and robotic kits.
- Collaborate with academic/corporate teams to improve the curriculum and enhance learning outcomes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in robotics training, teaching, or hands-on robotics projects.
- Strong knowledge of robotics hardware (motors, sensors, controllers) and software/programming.
- Experience with robotics kits (LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor learners.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior teaching/training experience in schools, colleges, or technical institutes.
- Experience in conducting robotics competitions (e.g., FIRST Robotics).
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and automation concepts.
