Principal Job

Canditate must have any one M.Pharm/Ph.d.

Miniumum 5 Years Experience post M.Pharm / Ph.d in Any Specialization.
- Oversee day-to-day school operations.
- Manage school logistics and budgets.
- Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula.
- Monitor and report on teacher performance.
- Present data from school performance to board members.
- Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching.
- Excellent command over English with good vocabulary and impeccable spelling/grammar.
- Maintenance of permanent records of students.
- Preparation of reports (School/College reports, progress reports).
- Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the School/College.
- Performing public relations duties for the School/College.

**Salary**: ₹18,265.25 - ₹81,435.50 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Hathras, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
