**Job Title**: Medical Officer/ Doctor

**Qualifications**:

- Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) certification is mandatory.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field
- Have an MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- A valid licence is mandatory

**Gender**:
**Shift Days and Timings**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Location**:

- Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting health assessments and screenings for industrial workers.
- Implementing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement health promotion programs.
- Providing first aid and emergency response in case of incidents.
- Conducting regular health and safety training sessions for employees.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of health programs.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- AFIH certification is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial health and safety regulations.
- Emergency response and first aid skills.
- Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings.
