**Position - Site Supervisor - Electrical**

**Experience -** 3 - 5 Years

**Job Location -** Hadapsar, Pune.

**Responsibilities -**
- Hands on experience in EPC project execution
- Oversee day to day activities at the site monitoring of site progress
- Review designs, drawings, SLDs, Wiring and cabling schedules and arrangements and all other relevant documents
- Complete installation process of the product has to be understood and implemented at the site
- Ensure the site electrical works are executed as per the drawings, specifications and scope of works
- Prepare daily site reports to ensure close monitoring of contractor's progress activities
- Capacity to handle man power at the site
- To supervise the erection and electrical installation according to approved drawings and standard, start up and commission of our equipment, to assist our client in the coordination of the project on site
- Material handling and inspection of material at the site
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities
- Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Assessing and managing safety hazards
- Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place

**Skills and Qualifications required -**
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
- Min. 3 years prior on-site experience for large scale plant or facility construction in the sectors of refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil & gas, energy etc.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to complete full project designs and integrations (green field and/or brown field projects)
- Project Supervision & Execution, Labour Management, MIS, knowledge of real estate industry; Labour handling skills Remunerations: better than industry standard, based on individual performance.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
