**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, and sections for various projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure efficient execution
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other documents to clients and stakeholders

**Software Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other architectural design software
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, and/or other 3D visualization software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architecture, design, or a related field
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment as well as on-site
- Willingness to commute pan-India for project requirements
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in drafting and design software

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with sustainable design principles and practices
- Familiarity with Indian building codes and regulations
- Certification in architecture, such as COA or equivalent
- Experience with project management and team leadership

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
