We re looking for a Butler for our Promoter's residence

**Job responsibilities**
- Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
- Work with HR to provide attendance/ payroll inputs.
- Hire HK staff and supervise them.
- General knowledge of mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate, both in person and over the telephone when dealing with management, employees, and guests
- Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
- Keep an inventory of all household supplies (light bulbs, batteries, cleaning supplies, groceries), and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain and update a household manual. Maintain an approved product list for home and personal items, including online purchasing info. Maintain a household vendor list.
- Build strong relationships with vendors. Shop for household items, as needed. Wine cellar and smart home systems management. Prepare home for occasional events.
- Schedule personal appointments.
- Maintain a filing system for household needs (e.g. car registrations, maintenance contracts, warranties, contractor bids, etc.).
- Order home office supplies and monitor inventory. Purchase supplies; develop and maintain gift tracker, review and audit receipts.
- Plan and coordinate children and family activities and events. Dry cleaning, prescriptions, household supplies Shipping various packages; manage returns. Personal shopping as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience working in private homes 15,000 sq. ft or larger.
- Outstanding references from both current and previous employers.
- References will be verified. Superb command of the English language, both written and oral, is required.
- Understands that the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion are required.
- General understanding of household mechanical systems, appliances, technology, and routine maintenance practices of these systems.
- Possesses superior process, project, and time management skills.
- Low key, meticulous, personable character. Must be a self-starter.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- A 24/7 mentality. Valid driver’s license with a perfect driving record.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
