Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content on various social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Developing original and creative content, including text, images, graphics, and videos, to capture the attention of the target audience and align with the brand's voice and identity.

Interacting with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Encouraging discussions and fostering a positive online community around the brand.

Creating and managing paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Monitoring social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Contributing to the development and execution of the overall social media strategy in alignment with the marketing and communication goals of the organization.

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to implement new strategies and techniques effectively.

Identifying and collaborating with influencers or brand advocates to expand the brand's reach and credibility.

Handling negative feedback, complaints, and potential crises on social media with a calm and professional approach.

Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align with the broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and organized social media presence.

Monitoring online conversations related to the brand, industry, or competitors to gain insights and respond appropriately.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
