**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure **Oracle RMCS** to automate and streamline revenue recognition.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure compliance with **ASC 606 / IFRS 15**.
- Design and maintain RMCS setups, including **contracts, performance obligations, revenue rules, and policies**.
- Perform data migration, integration, and reconciliation between RMCS and other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Oracle Financials, AR, GL).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into RMCS configurations.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to revenue automation and reporting.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards in Oracle RMCS for revenue insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue processes and controls.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **5+ years of hands-on experience** with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
- Strong knowledge of **ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles**.
- Experience with **Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, AR, GL, Subledger Accounting)**.
- Expertise in revenue automation, contract management, and data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle Cloud RMCS certification.
- Experience in revenue recognition processes for SaaS, subscription-based, or service-based industries.
- Working knowledge of Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or other reporting tools.
