As a Helper at Vortex IT Technology, you will provide essential support to various departments and teams within the company. Your role will involve assisting with a range of tasks to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and preparation of work areas, including organizing materials and equipment.
- Support various teams with manual tasks such as moving materials, loading and unloading, and general labor.
- Help in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in carrying out specific duties as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all tasks.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.

**Minimum Education Qualification**:

- 12th pass or equivalent.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar helper or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn and assist in various tasks is essential.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
