1. Greet customers and obtain information about their vehicles.
2. Ask customers about their concerns and needs for vehicle repairs or maintenance.
3. Diagnose the customer’s vehicle needs and explain the necessary repairs or maintenance.
4. Provide estimates for needed repairs or maintenance.
5. Create repair orders and communicate customer information to technicians.
6. Schedule services, order parts, and follow up on customer inquiries.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer complaints or concerns.
8. Keep abreast of new products and services.
9. Maintain accurate customer records and service records.
10. Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable of industry developments.
