**Job Title**: QuickBooks Accountant (Night Shift)
**Location**: Warje, Pune (Work from Office)
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (Exact timing to be discussed)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and financial transactions in **QuickBooks**:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management
- Assist with tax filings and compliance as required
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial data
- Support audits and provide necessary financial data when required

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of accounting experience (QuickBooks experience is a must)
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Online/Desktop**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and analytical skills
