We are looking for a professional Travel Coordinator for our Sales Office to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of travel events and special projects.

You will manage, design, develop, and coordinate large and small scale travel programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Map out travel plans, design and develop travel programs (outsourced or in-house).
- Market available travel opportunities to grow business.
- Conduct geography wide needs assessment and identify seasonal travel plans.
- Design and prepare travel aids and materials.
- Achieve the set monthly Targets.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summaries evaluation reports for sales achieved.
- Maintain updated database and travel records.
- Manage and maintain in-house travel franchise and equipment.
- Proven work experience in coordinating multiple travel schedules.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
- Proven ability to complete full travel cycle (Assess needs, Plan, Develop, Co-ordinate, Monitor and Evaluate.
- Familiarity with Traditional and Modern Training methods and techniques.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- MS Office proficiency.
- Should Possess a good laisoning skills with existing customers and managing the leads.
- Familiarity with Traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
- Commuter Assistance.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
