**TELECALLER EXECUTIVE**

**Job Summary**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the list of individuals with contact details.
- Handling customers issues and provide suggestion to them.
- Cold calling and follow up with them.
- Counselling with the students / clients about the courses offered to convenience them.
- Generating leads through cold calling, ensuring sales growth.
- Maintaining relationship with customers.
- Completion of given targets.

**Skills Required**:

- Have good communication skills.
- Able to solve problems of customers
- Effective leadership and management
- Knowledge of computer.
- Self management and convincing skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Indore - 452001, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
