Roles and Responsibility:

- Write headlines, ad creative copies, post copies, script for videos, social media posts, marketing campaigns & website pages
- Ideate and draft content for marketing collateral such as brochures, landing pages, webpages, e-books, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
- Identify ways to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved account research, audience identification, content creation, and streamlined processes.
- Research and analyze which content to produce, update, or retire.
- Understand and utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the company's mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to achieve organic traffic and conversion goals.
- Ensure that all of the content is interesting to read, high-quality, and keyword-optimized to minimize competing pages.
- Coordinate content with design, social media marketing and other activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other functions to create innovative content ideas.
- Knowledge of SEO copywriting best practices
- Ability to take a data-driven approach to content development
- Ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution and to juggle several initiatives successfully and shift priorities as needed.
- Researching industry-related topics through combining online sources, interviews and studies
- Identify customers' needs and gaps in the content and recommend new topics.
- Experience with HTML editing and CMS
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Content writing / marketing. Prior SAAS company experience is a bonus.
- Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills
