**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical System Maintenance**: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the plastic production plant.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, motors, lighting, and power systems to ensure continuous factory operations.
- **Installation & Upgrades**: Assist with the installation, replacement, and upgrading of electrical systems and equipment as needed, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to reduce breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety standards, local electrical codes, and factory safety protocols. Maintain proper documentation and record of electrical work performed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production staff, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to identify electrical issues and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies or outages and perform repairs quickly to minimize production disruption.
- **Testing & Inspection**: Perform routine testing and inspection of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely.
- **Training**: Provide guidance and training to other factory staff regarding electrical safety practices and proper use of electrical equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in electrical systems, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and industrial controls.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and voltage testers.
- **Certifications**:

- Valid electrical license or certification (as per local regulations).
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, overtime, and emergency situations when required.

**Work Conditions**:

- Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and electrical equipment.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
