Basic testing knowledge on hydraulic components like Pumps, Meters, Valve and Motor.
- Conduct testing as per the Test plan /test standards
- Generate test report based on test results.
- Material preparedness for Dispenser Build
- Coordinate quality controls and reliability
- Resolve production challenges in new designs
- Develop Testing fixture, adapter and special tools for assembly and testing
- Conversant with Assembly & disassembly of Hydraulic components;
- Conversant with testing automation, Sensor installation & dataloggers,
- Coordinate with Manufacturing team for change management implementation
- Supplier coordination for Proto development
- Maintain 5S in wet station and Working area
- BOM verification for new products
- Main Maintaining Invoice / Payment Closure / Supplier Follow-Up / Material Receipt
- Bookkeeping on Stock level of Testing and proto components

Total Experience in years: 2 - 6 years of experience in Hydraulic domain in testing
Educational Qualification: ITI / DME / BE : Full Time / Part time - 1st class throughout

Domain (Preferred Industry) - Core Hydraulics / Automotive
- Experience with Testing for hydraulic components & systems.
- Experience in Low fidelity Prototype development
- Experience in Supplier follow-up for proto development
- Experience in Problem solving in testing and build
- Outstanding skills in working with multiple cultures, disciplines and to quickly, clearly drive action

Technical Skills:

- Ability to understand the test plan and test standards
- Knowledge on dispenser testing and assembly
- Ability to understand BOM structures
- Basic knowledge in MS office
- Basic knowledge on SAP
- Basic knowledge on Drawing study
- Basic knowledge on Manufacturing process
