Social Media Executive

**Job Brief & Description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research to identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads with given target base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively handed off and followed up on.
- Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
**Key Skills**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and outbound calling.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
