**Job description**

Employee will be required to oversee the project sites and supervise the team including ordering materials, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and instructing the project team as well as subcontractors.
- Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential risks.
- Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of site employees attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of site employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to project operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Material and machine management on site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
