**Job Title: Sales Assistant**

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Assistant to bolster our team. Your role will be pivotal in aiding our sales efforts, handling tasks such as client communication, quotation preparation, invoice generation, and on-location visits. We need someone with top-notch communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate quotations promptly, ensuring they align with company pricing policies.
- **Invoice Generation**:

- Generate invoices accurately based on finalized quotations and sales orders.
- Verify pricing, quantities, and terms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Keep the track of sales order, Reporting to concern Head.
- **Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- **On-Location Visits**:

- Conduct visits to client sites as required, understanding their specific needs.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain Sales accurate records in the system.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Self - diciplined, organized, trustworthy & problem - solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel & BUSY Software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel for on-location visits.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's ( Preferred )

**Experience**:

- Fresher
- Minimum 1 year Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
