Must to have: SuccessFactors + SAP HCM Payroll Role Notes - Detailed JD: Technology - SAP HCM experience including PA / OM integration Interfaces RHINTEXX reports and other day-to-day activities is a must. - Knowledge on Employee Central configuration experience (Configuration of Business Rule Workflow MDF objects etc.) - Knowledge on SF-EC - Ad-Hoc reporting Canvas reporting. - Guiding End users ? Provide user training. - Understanding and troubleshooting replication issues SF-EC to SAP HCM. - Finding root cause Fix config in SAP HCM config when and where needed. - Understanding Integration with other non-SAP applications with Employee Central and SAP HCM. - Guiding other team members. - Knowledge of Payroll system ? in SAP HCM. - Dealing with the Payroll team and helping them on replication issues from Employee Central to SAP HCM. Business - Engage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to capture SuccessFactors Employee Central requirements - Work closely with transaction analysts and SMEs - Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with IT Qualifications and Requirements Essential qualifications - Bachelor¹s or Master?s degree in Computer Science or related field - SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and\or more modules - 3 to 5 Yrs. Experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central SAP HR PA\OM. - Excellent communication verbal and written skills Key competencies - Proficient in configuration & processes SAP HR (Personnel Administration and Organisation Management) - Advanced in business process analysis requirements capture handling change management and keeping up-to-date with domain needs - Advanced knowledge of Human Resources Hire to Retire (H2R) processes - Advanced knowledge of Employee-Self-Service and Manager-Self-Service concepts - Business process simplification standardization and harmonization minded - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong Analytical Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Strong working knowledge in MS Excel lookups etc.) - Effective convincing skills with ability to influence the organization to change - (Desirable) Knowledge of Oilfield terminology business practices Other skills and abilities - An understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes people and SAP HR systems. - Self-driven Proactive Systems Thinking - Open to travel abroad - Willingness to cross-train across other SuccessFactors application areas (technical not end-user) and/or other employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
