Join our prestigious hotel/resort team as a Wedding Event Sales Manager, where luxury meets unparalleled service. Located in a picturesque setting, our establishment is renowned for hosting exquisite weddings that create memories to last a lifetime. As a Wedding Event Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' dream weddings become a reality, orchestrating every detail with finesse and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and book weddings and related events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for wedding inquiries, conducting site visits, and providing personalized tours to showcase our venue's offerings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, offering customized wedding packages and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contracts, manage event budgets, and ensure all financial transactions are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as catering, banquet, and operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event details using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to maintain our competitive edge in the wedding market.
- Participate in wedding expos, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads and expand our client base.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and cultural preferences is a plus.
