**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title **Customer Service Manager - Branch support

**Function **Sales

**Sub Function **Operation

**Grade **Assistant to Manager : Level Matrix

**Location **Bengaluru - Karnataka

**Reporting Position **Branch Head or Equivalent

**Objective**:
Managing the branch operations with regards to customer service / branch operational activities and ensuring efficient process management on a day to day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch operation activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels. Managing customers and providing excellent customer service.

This position demands high commitment to Company values and ethics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tele calling to manage customer queries / Feedback / follow ups and other business needs
- Customer handling within branch level or virtually, strongly within the TAT
- Minimum customer escalations, also ensure the closure in specified service standards
- Loan Disbursement Process under various products
- Conduct documentation check as per product wise checklist
- Disburse Loan as per credit policy with accurate & complete data entry with approvals
- Collect necessary document before handover of disbursement cheque
- Cash Management and Timely banking procedures as per the regulator instructions
- Tracking and deposition of Cheque/DD/Cash on time and marking clearance or bounce in system
- There should be no violation on cash or the negligence on cash handling, excess cash lying
- Management of RD, FD, Loan procedures and support to other functions
- Financial Reporting, Data Management, Record Keeping & Documentation

- Preferablly a Graduate
- Fresher / Experience in branch operation is an advantage
- Language proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi
- MS office knowldege and basic system trouble shoot methods
- Negotiation skill to deal with internal and external customer
- Ability in multitasking and complete assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced changing environment
