**Job Description: NIOS Educator**

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to adapt and customize NIOS curriculum materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.

2. **Educator Support**: Provide training, guidance, and support to educators on implementing NIOS curriculum and instructional strategies effectively.

3. **Individualized Learning Plans**: Assess students' needs and develop individualized learning plans based on NIOS guidelines, ensuring each student's academic success and personal growth.

4. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and implement assessment strategies aligned with NIOS standards to measure students' progress and learning outcomes.

5. **Resource Development**: Identify and develop supplementary resources, including digital tools, assistive technologies, and learning aids, to support NIOS instruction.

6. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic and inclusive educational experience for all students.

7. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on NIOS guidelines, best practices, and emerging trends in inclusive education to continuously enhance our programs and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Certification or training in **NIOS curriculum** and instructional strategies.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those with learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and IEP development processes.
- Strong understanding of different instructional strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Commitment to professional growth and a passion for advocating for students with special needs.

**Salary**: 15000/month - 50000/month depending on the level of expertise and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
