Data Scientist

**(Location**:India/Remote**)**

**Key Responsibilities**:** Data Analysis & Modeling**
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop, test, and implement advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses, and do scenario modelling.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Collaborate with business to define key business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering clear, actionable recommendations.

**Data Engineering Tools**
- Work with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipeline management and data quality.
- Leverage tools such as Python, R, SQL, and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for data manipulation and model building.
- Automate data processes and streamline workflows to increase efficiency.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Regularly evaluate the performance of deployed models and optimize them for better results.

**Job Requirements**:** Experience**:5+ years of relevant experience in data science with a proven track record of solving complex problems using data.

**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in programming languages, preferably Python.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Working experience with LLMs, RAG and Vector DB.

**Analytical Abilities**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive for optimization and results.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document processes and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Professional certifications in Data Science or related areas are a plus.
