Job Title: Helper - Photo and Video Shoots

**Job Type**: Temporary, Daily Wage
wage : 500-650 per day with food and travel

Alamode Productions is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Assistants for photo and video shoots. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the director, camera crew, and models to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Crew Support**:Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment before and after shoots.
Deliver food and beverages to crew members, ensuring everyone stays energized and focused.

**Camera and Lighting Assistance**:Collaborate with the camera team to handle equipment and assist with positioning as needed.
Aid in setting up and adjusting lighting to achieve the desired effects.

**Model Assistance**:Provide support to models, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need for a successful shoot.
Assist with wardrobe changes and other tasks as required.

**General Assistance**:Run errands and perform various tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the production.
Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Age Range: 19-29 years
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to take on various responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific educational qualifications are required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for the film and photography industry.

**Work Schedule**:
This is a temporary, daily wage position, and the schedule will vary based on the production requirements. Flexibility and availability on short notice are essential.
